From one of Sancerre’s most iconic and acclaimed producers comes this exquisite expression of Sauvignon Blanc that is not to be missed. The Mellot family traces their roots back 19 generations in this very spot and it’s clear from just one taste that this wine is not your average Sancerre. Rich, ripe, and intense on the nose with notes of Meyer lemon and fresh chopped yellow apple with just a hint of gooseberry. Opulent on the palate without lacking any of Sancerre’s hallmark minerality and structure. A “wow” wine if ever there was one.
