- Premium 100% Cotton-Crafted from pure cotton pulp with a heavy 300gsm (140lb) weight. The paper is acid-free and lignin-free, ensuring it maintains its integrity and appearance over time. Features a bare spine design that allows the pad to lay completely flat for continuous painting without fighting the crease. Each sheet is pre-perforated for easy, clean tearing, giving you finished artwork ready for framing or storage.
- Unique Double-Sided Cold Press Texture-Features a classic Cold Press (CP) finish with a medium-smooth surface and a subtle tooth. This versatile texture holds water beautifully, enhances pigment granulation, and captures every brushstroke. Both sides are identical and usable, giving you double the creative space.
- Exceptional Durability & Color Brilliance-The strong cotton fibers provide outstanding wet strength, allowing for repeated washes, layering, and color adjustment without pilling or tearing. Colors appear bright, true, and evenly absorbed, perfect for developing watercolor techniques from delicate washes to bold, textured strokes.
- Versatile for All Art Mediums & Projects-Ideal for a wide range of applications: fine art painting (landscapes, still life, figures), journaling, calligraphy, greeting cards, and more. Works flawlessly with watercolor, gouache, water-soluble pencils, acrylic ink, markers, and even light washes of acrylic.
- Perfectly Sized & Elegant Design-The handy A5 (5.9x8.3 inch) format is portable and great for studio work or en plein air. The clean, minimalist pad design reflects the high-quality paper inside, making it a joy to use for artists of all levels—from beginners capturing daily sketches to professionals creating finished pieces.
