Bodegas Borsao Rosé 2023 hails from the renowned Campo de Borja DO in northeastern Spain, a region steeped in winemaking tradition dating back to the 12th century. Crafted entirely from Garnacha, this rosé captures the essence of the region’s vibrant fruit profile. Fermented in stainless steel without oak aging, it delivers an unadulterated expression of Garnacha's bright and youthful character, with aromas of fresh red berries and subtle floral hints.  

The grapes are sourced from high-altitude vineyards ranging from 1,200 to 2,400 feet, where soils vary from red clay and sandstone to gravel and limestone. This diversity enhances the wine's complexity, while the cooling "Cierzo" wind tempers the continental climate, allowing for slow, balanced ripening. Criomaceration for up to three hours extracts delicate color and flavor, followed by careful fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the wine's freshness.
