A very elegant Christmas Card, very old and in absolutely wonderful condition.  The card is made of ivory-colored card stock by Hampshire (HPP) #342-2.  This card is NOS, never been used.  Due to its age, rarity, and condition, it would be a rare treat for a greeting cards collector or a Charlot Byj admirer.  Includes original envelope.

Charlot Byj was an artist known for her greeting card designs, posters and advertising artwork in the mid-1940s. She joined the Goebel company in the late 1940's and is most famous for the transformation of her artwork into a line of figurines created by Goebel.  These soft colored, angel cards are extremely rare.
