After pressing, the wine is aged over four years, and on the lees to create a balance of bright and crisp acidity with notes of ripe stone fruits. This wine has a subtle, pale gold color with one, persistent bubbles. It is delicate, from the majority of Chardonnay, with apricot, white peach, eucalyptus on the nose and flavors of stone fruit, toasted brioche, bay leaf and white cherries on the palate. The crisp finish is highlighted with subtle notes of citrus and minerals for a refreshing mouth-feel.
