Crafted from Bordeaux varietals like its big brother and even bigger daddy, this blend of 55%Cabernet, 40% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot is voluptuous on the palate, with blue and black fruit touched with understated notes of spice and earth. The finish is long and satisfying with silky tannins and just the right amount of acidity- this is FOOD WINE!
Open a bottle when the lasagna goes into the oven, and don't start drinking until the cheese has browned to a perfect crisp! If you do begin to indulge before dinner is served, don't fret- this wine is affordable, and we have plenty in stock! Buon Gusto!
