Prodiamine 65 WDG is a water-dispersible granular pre-emergent herbicide produced by Quali-Pro, a leading brand in vegetation control. It is labeled to control various weeds found in turfs and ornamental areas like barnyard grass, carpetweed, goosegrass, and more. Prodiamine 65 WDG's pre-emergent formula works by stunting the development of seeds at the beginning of the germination phase. It will not work against sprouted weeds, but will provide residual control for pre-emergent weeds for up to 6 months. It is ideal for clearing areas around railroads, job sites, utility structures, and more.
- Effectively controls annual bluegrass
- Non-staining
- Excellent tank mix partner with fertilizers and iron solutions
- Low solubility and volatility - stays in the weed germination zone
- Active ingredient rate as low as 1/4 the rate of other pre-emergent herbicides
